Brant C. Jorge Izquierdo specializes in commercial law, banking, international trade, Customs, corporate, trust and lobbying before public agencies in Venezuela and other countries. He served as in-house counsel and consultant to Banco Central de Venezuela and issued legal opinions regarding preferential exchange rate regulations.

Prior to joining Diaz, Reus, Rolff & Targ, LLP, Juan C. Villa worked as legal counsel to companies in the private sector and for various Colombian government agencies. He represented institutions including the Colombian Congress, the City of Bogota's Mayor's Office, the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development and the Colombian Institute on Family Welfare.
